Most people are more compelling than they appear.
I help you close that gap.

Hi, I’m Connie.

I work with executives, founders, professionals and individuals who know their value but feel it isn't fully landing. Whether you're stepping into a bigger role, building a business, or simply ready to close the gap between who you are and how you're perceived, I help you take control of the narrative you're already telling, whether you mean to or not.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and presence. With a career built across business development and corporate strategy at PwC and Burberry, and an MBA from London Business School, I've had a front-row seat to how soft power operates at the highest levels and how it’s rarely intentional. Most people leave narrative on the table.

Founding my own fashion brand sharpened my instincts for building a visual identity from scratch, turning vision into a unified identity that’s instantly recognisable. That same process of identifying uniqueness and distilling it down applies whether the subject is a product, a company, or a person. At heart, I am a storyteller. I love finding the true narrative and refining it until every element earns its place.

I help people refine how they show up in the world and equip them to own it.

If you’re ready to be more intentional about how you show up — in the boardroom, on a stage, in a pitch, on a date or simply in a room — let's talk.

The first conversation is about you. I'll come with the questions.

Most image work stops at the surface.
Mine starts there and goes deeper.

Visual

Your physical presence is your first line of communication and it speaks before you do. I treat your visual identity the way a brand strategist treats a logo: every signal is intentional, every choice earns its place.

Through a meticulous focus on silhouette, fit, and cohesion, we build a visual language that aligns your internal identity with external authority so your presence is felt the moment you walk in.

Behavioural

Style gets you through the door. Presence closes the deal. This pillar is about the micro-signals that dictate how others perceive your confidence, credibility, and leadership - most of which happen below the level of conscious thought.

I give you the tools to read a room, modulate your tone, and own your body language in high-stakes environments so you wear your clothes, and your clothes don't wear you.

FAQ

Questions worth asking out loud.

  • It's something more — though it includes styling. Most image work stops at the wardrobe. My work starts there and goes deeper. I'm a brand and communications consultant who uses style as one of several tools to help you control how you're perceived and how you show up in the world.

That means we work on your visual identity, yes — but also on the behavioural signals that communicate leadership: how you carry yourself, how you read a room, how your presence lands before a single word is spoken. The goal isn't a better wardrobe. It's a more intentional you.

  • I work with executives, founders, senior professionals and individuals who are at an inflection point — stepping into a bigger role, building a business, preparing for a high-stakes moment, or simply realising that the way they show up no longer reflects who they've become.

My clients aren't necessarily interested in fashion. They're interested in influence, clarity, and presence — and they want a partner who can help them get there with intention rather than guesswork. If you've ever felt that your external image isn't keeping pace with your internal growth, you're exactly who I work with.

  • We start with a deep-dive conversation — not a questionnaire, but a real dialogue. I ask questions most people haven't been asked about themselves: how you want to be perceived, what's currently getting in the way, what environments you need to command, and what "success" looks like for you specifically.

From there, we define what makes you distinct, translate that into visible and behavioural signals, and build a concrete, realistic action plan. Nothing goes in a folder. Every recommendation is immediately usable — so the work builds on itself over time rather than being a one-off event.

  • No. My work is about strategy, not spend. The most powerful shifts in presence rarely require a new wardrobe — they require clarity about what you already have, what it's communicating, and what small, precise changes would move the needle.

That said, if shopping is part of the work, I'll always give you a clear brief and realistic options at different price points. The goal is never to create dependency on buying more. It's to make every choice intentional.

  • I offer a range of packages designed to meet you where you are. A focused session is a good starting point if you have a specific challenge or moment you're preparing for. From there, packages scale up to more comprehensive, ongoing engagements that combine strategy, styling, and presence work over a defined period of time — for clients who want to go deeper and build something that lasts.

Every engagement is scoped to your specific goals, so pricing reflects the depth and duration of the work. We'll work out what makes the most sense in our first conversation — before any commitment is made.

  • Simply reach out via the contact form or email me directly. We'll schedule a short introductory call — no commitment, no pitch. It's a chance for me to understand where you are and what you're trying to achieve, and for you to get a feel for how I work.

If there's a fit, we'll agree on the right structure and get started. Most clients find that the first conversation alone gives them more clarity than they expected.
